The Rose is the queen of all flowers and in this abstract depiction the artist has chosen to paint the roses in their beds - literally so! What see in this unique adaptation is a four piece canvas each of them depicting a rose lying on a white soft mattress in their gardens. The leaves are drawn in such a way as though depict the arms of those roses. These arms seem to shrug as if to tell the viewers - ‘Hey I am still a rose - and I am in my rose bed!’. The artist has chosen to draw the back drop of in shades of bright red to match with the roses. The white bed forms a pleasing contrast of colors and does a lot to highlight the beauty of the roses.
